Hockey Olympic Qualifiers: Pakistan vs Netherlands Match No 1 ends as 4-4 draw

Today , 17th Ranked Pakistan team faced World No 3 Netherlands . After 6-2 Defeat against Germany in the friendly match , Many well known Jouranlists started criticising the team without knowing the reason behind that performance . Pakistan wasn't having their complete unit , Pakistan's Veteran Player Muhammad Irfan Sr was having Visa issues so he wasnt able to play in that match . Rizwan Junior was called later on as a replacement of Abu Bakar Tariq and few other players who got injured during training . To all those journalists , i would like to say that this is our team ,who almost defeated world no 3 team . Starting from Mubashar Ali . Phenomenal Performance by him , Absoultely stunning shots on both P.C .. Ghazanfar Ali , Rizwan Senior and Ali Shan gave outsanding performances. I was saying this from a long time , that Pakistan was putting a great effort but they were only losing because of less conversions on Penalty Corners . Today they converted 4 Out of 5 PC's . We missed our legendary Goal Keeper Imran Butt , Pakistan's keeper today was lacking experience . Imran butt used to defend really well . But no worries , overall everything was so good today . An unfortunate end because of a foul. Pakistan almost defeated Netherlands after 5 years . I would like to appreciate everyone who played today . Just one more match , Hope we put up a great show tomorrow too and wualify for the Olympics .
